Ryan is a dynamic, motivated, and goal-oriented educational leader with strong organizational, team-building, and planning skills. He has expertise in school and sports administration, spanning over 15 years across various countries, namely Zimbabwe, China, Solomon Islands, and India. Currently, he is the Director for Sreenidhi Sports Academy, Sports Director for Sreenidhi 1Sports, a sports management platform with analytics capabilities, as a content curator and quality assurance. Ryan core-founded Hyderabad Tennis Premier League and School Basketball League, programs to develop and promote sports from the grassroots level. He is also the co-chairman and founder of Generation Forty (Private) Limited, a diversified start-up Zimbabwean company with interests in mining and agriculture. Ryan also sits on the board for Generation Forty Foundation, which aims to empower disadvantaged children from families with single parents and orphaned children.
